[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this product. It cooks evenly and holds the temperature very well once heated. It’s a little heavy, but that’s to be expected with cast iron. I love that I can use it on the stove top or in the oven. The only issue I have is that the handle on the lid gets so hot. If you forget to grab a mitt or something before touching the lid you’ll regret it lol. I wish there was a rubber/some kind of an attachment I could put on the lids when I’m using them for the stovetop. It is a con that I’m willing to live with based on the rest of the pros that come with this product and brand though.

I did have to adjust the temp a few times to keep the food from burning on the bottom but once I found a good temp it didn't burn anymore. I used dawn dish soap to clean it and it was easy to clean.

I have purchased other Dutch ovens in the past which were so-so. The 6qt.All-Clad is far superior and worth the price! I am 63 yrs old and absolutely love it!

I made pulled pork in it and not once did I have to worry about if it would stay hot enough or cook my food properly! Being that the entire thing (lid included) can go into the oven, I was able to achieve the perfect pulled pork all in one pan! Going from stovetop to oven and back to stovetop to finish off the meal will always make me reach for this pan. It’s a great new addition to my kitchen!

The only thing I dislike is that I have to make sure to clean it properly and use the rubber clips under the lid for storage. I bought this to replace my old Dutch oven the interior was worn off.

I already own the entire collection of All-Clad stainless steel cookware but I’ve never had their cast iron line. This cast iron really is great. I love the enamel outside. Makes it very easy to clean and the lid being stainless steel just adds to the aesthetic and functionality of the pieces, cooks very well and evenly and love how wide the handles are, making it very easy to hold and get a good grip. Overall fantastic piece very excited to have it in my collection. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great quality cast-iron cookware.

It's great for soups and really holds the heat in! I can even use it like a skillet! It browns meat and holds a simmer well. It's a pot, pan, griddle, and oven all in one! I especially love the design! The handles are secure and are extra wide. I have no worries about burning my hands, grabbing it! It's cast iron and super easy to clean! I prefer this to all my other kitchenware because it makes cooking effortless! I'm not the best cook, but this Dutch oven makes me look like I know what I'm doing! I'm so glad it's made to last for years because I'm gonna need it!
