It's nice and heavy but not so heavy it's hard to maneuver. It cooks evenly and is a new staple in my kitchen. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a universal staple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good stainless steel product, both lid and pot are nicely weighted. Definitely as good if not better than some of the other high end brands. I made stew last night and quickly noticed that the contents cooked evenly without any scorching whereas things tend to do so in the center of my other pot. I love the thicker edge which helps when pouring and the measurement level inside the pot because I’m known to use too much liquid at times. My preference is handwashing although dishwasher safe.

Thick and sturdy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pot. It’s thick, sturdy, heats evenly you can sear a meat in it. The pot can go up to 500° in the oven. But the lid can only manage 350°. I know many Dutch oven meals are longer cooked on lower heat so 350 is likely fine, but I wish it could tolerate a bit more. Unlike other stainless steel I’ve used this has a slick finish and doesn’t cause food to stick. I am very happy with this pot.
