I got this from the library and loved the recipes so much I had to buy it. It’s not really a tutorial as other reviews have pointed out but more unique ideas to can. I’ll keep this for many years.

This book was somewhat disappointing for me, because instead of basic canning recipes, there are many "fancy-type" recipes. It's not what I was looking for, but I gave my 2 books away as gifts, and those younger people were very happy. I would only recommend this to people who are not looking for classic canning recipes. The instructions are nicely detailed with great pictures of the finished product.
