I bought this as a Christmas present and was very disappointed that it didn’t work! We had multiple people go through the manual and it was definitely a system error. The system would pressure up but not launch the football. It wouldn’t even turn to the left and right for different routes.

For such an expensive toy it was so disappointing. We read the directions and it did not launch the ball one time. We tried everything, watched videos and it never shot the ball. Huge waste of time and money.

Several of us rotated through the instruction manual trying to get this thing to work and it would not launch. It would turn on, allow the user to select a route, and then shut down when lock was selected. We tried multiple variations/omissions of the select, lock, pump, hike sequence and the football would not launch. Very disappointing. The football also seems to be stuck to the launcher, we cannot remove. The gift recipient also expressed some concern upon opening that the plastic end might be unpleasant if the wrong end impacts the receiver.
