Q: Can this be used as a duvet insert?

  • A: Not if you want it to be anchored at the corners at least because as mentioned in other answers from Target staff the insert does not have tabs/loops on the corners. I'd recommend checking the item out in person at your local Target before purchasing and save your receipt because Target claims to accept returns or exchanges with receipt for 1 year if your not satisfied with any of their brand products. This policy may change, I'm not a Target employee

    Full/Queen

    The first one I bought was ripped in the seam with stuffing coming out even though the bag was sealed. I bought a 2nd one because I needed a thinner comforter quickly. I placed it inside a duvet cover and hopefully it will withstand the kicking of feet! I would not buy it if you are not placing a duvet cover around it. The positive is that it is a very good size.

    Steep price increase!

    Bought this a few years ago and really liked it because of its comfort, texture, and washability. I wanted to buy another one, but in a month or so the price has gone from $35 to $40 to $45 . that's almost a 30% increase and there is no change in quality to justify such an increase. I don't want to buy another one now. Greed is a marketing no-no!
