Horrible quality fabric and stitching. I wouldn't pay more than 99 cents for this shrug and would recommend it only for one-time use such as a halloween costume. It took two associates at the store and a lot of register gymnastics to complete a return, and even still I ended up with a partial refund to my card and the rest on a gift card (the employees were very nice and did the best they could). I had purchased two shrugs, and each came double wrapped in plastic and together in a fifth bag--so wasteful! I would avoid this brand and this Target Plus seller.
