The stretchy waistband is not stratchy and is a nice fit. I like the liner underneath the skirt. The ruffles are cute and it’s very spring or summer. I wore it out to dinner with my friend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this skirt and my normal size of large and it fit true to size. For reference I am 165 pounds and typically wear a size 12 in pants. This skirt has an elastic waist which is not very flattering on my body shape. Overall I think the skirt looked very frumpy on me and it’s just not my style or a good fit for my body. The quality of this skirt is great. I loved that it’s lined. The length is longer than pictured, but I’m sure the product description shows the length, so that’s on me. I am normally a large and ordered a large, and it fit well. The reason I’m returning it is because I don’t love the color. Too busy and not enough black in it. The color description says black (with floral) but it’s mostly blue.
