Cute,soft fabric

5'1 tall, 112 lbs. 34B chest. I ordered size small. Blue. It fits perfect but no room for extra layers. A tad on smaller side. Lined, thin fabric but soft, nice texture. White trim not shiny. I like the jacket but the price is too much. Has actual small pockets.
