Cheap and Unflattering
These pants are, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. These pants are very cheap. I expected a normal medium-weight cotton/polyester blend type of material, but instead these pants are 100% polyester 4-way stretch fabric. The plaid design is not woven into the pants, it is printed on. As an extra cost-cutting measure, there are NO pockets on these pants at all. None on the front, none on the back. The way the model poses in some of these photos implies that it would at least have front pockets, but there are none. As far as unflattering goes, if you have any amount of pudge on your tummy, these will not look great. I got a size 10, which is what the size chart indicated I should get, and it still fit me as pictured. It gives a fine cinch at the waist, which I am personally not opposed to, but because of the type of material, it does not cinch anywhere else. It stretches around whatever stomach you have, and then any extra room in the pants is left drooping around the crotch. These pants pretty much point out exactly where your hips and thighs are just by how they hang. If you have a completely flat stomach these may look great on you. Aside from that, I wouldn't hold your breath. I wouldn't be as harsh on these pants as I am if they were only $10. But these are $30+ dollar pants. At the very LEAST these pants could be made out of a nicer material for that kind of cost. Now yes, I could have taken a closer look at the model pictures, or the fabric content. However, with pants of this style and price point, I didn't feel I had to. They look like your average pair of nice pants in the pictures, I didn't feel the need to examine them any further than I normally would for any other product listing. Overall, please do not get these pants. They are cheap, unflattering, and largely disappointing.
