Upset digestion
I had to stop using the Almased protein powder because it upset my digestion. I don't know if this would be true for anyone else. As soon as I stopped drinking it, the problem went away.

Great Product!
Almased works great! I have tried other diets over the years but this is the only one that works. I am never “starving” while on the Almased, my blood sugar level does not get out of limits and the weight literally falls off! I highly recommend this product.

The Almased is good nutrition, healthy and contributes to weight loss. The containers need to be taped closed, so you don't receive The Almased in the bottom of the shipping container.

All I use to lose weight. It works for me and Almased is full of the nutrition needed during my weight loss. Just wish it was more available in my area if I don’t have time to wait for an order delivery, which is long during COVID. Almased is awesome!!

Almased has no taste so I mix it with various extracts to get the flavor I want. It could be coconut extract, hazelnut extract. It's good and filling option.

Mild way to lose weight the healthy way.
I have used this product over one year. It tastes okay. I have lost over 60 lbs. I do not get hungry between meals. I only take it in the morning. I will continue taking this product until I lose all the weight I want to.

Awesome Almased
This is awesome! I have lost 11 pounds in five days, and I enjoy the drink in lieu of meals. I will be ready, however, to add salads with chicken and brown rice to my menu in 15 days. It's easy, and I add coffee instead of water for my morning and lunch, along with one teaspoon cinnamon and two teaspoons flaxseed oil, and I feel so much better already. I do drink V8 juice instead of vege broth, and I drink one to two cups daily. I also drink 100 ounces of water daily. It doesn't taste bad at all. I also drink it with four crushed ice cubes. I have it with water for dinner and add the cinnamon because I feel it tastes better with it. I'm so thankful I discovered Almased. This is one drink I will have for one meal every day for a long time.

Ok, but some digestion issues
This isn't the best tasting protein powder, but I can tolerate the taste & chalkiness. What I couldn't handle long-term is that it isn't well-tolerated by people that can't digest milk protein (not lactose intolerance). Since I can't take it as directed I can't say how well it works as meal replacements. I only took it once a day and it didn't keep me full for very long. I would recommend it to someone that doesn't have any milk digestion issues.

I purchased 4 cans of this meal replacement in hopes it would be a product I could use long term to manage my weight and curb sugar cravings. I stuck with it for one and a half cans and it worked. However I was not able to find a way to blend the product where it wasn’t grainy. I could not force myself to continue using a product that I did not like so I returned it. Still looking for a healthy and tasty weight loss product.

Great product—but delivery damaged two times
The product, Almased, works great. Find a different source. This was my second delivery in one week and both have been damaged to the point that the powder seeps out of the box. I’ve been cleaning up protein powder from my porch, my hardwood, my kitchen counter. My first order was 3/24; it’s now 4/5 and I still do not have the product in decent shape. Buy from another source, as I have never had this happen with other suppliers.

not worth the money
I bought this a month ago and was really hoping for great results! I did lose weight the first 4 days when I was just drinking 3 shakes a day, but as soon as I added a meal a day, I gained 2 of the 4 lbs back. And the shake is gritty and tastes pretty bad. I tried several recipes to make it palatable, but it is not enjoyable and I feel hungry within a couple hours. I will never buy this again.

Really works to aid weight loss.
The powder helps you to lose weight while keeping you from feeling hungry. Mixed with almond milk and add-ins like chocolate or cinnamon it is better tasting. After the first three weeks adding 1/2 cup plain yogurt, banana, applesauce with cinnamon, or blueberries gives the shake a better taste.

Not as good as I thought
The taste is too chalky for me. I have mixed it with dates and almond milk and not a fan of the chalky taste. This was mixed in my Nutribullet.
