Q: Can I hear this while working in my shop? I have 40W & 45W speakers and they are no better than my iPad speaker. I have seen one used on a soccer field but don't know the brand.

    Altec Lansing Portable Speaker

    This speaker has amazing sound. From the minute you took it out of the box it paired easy and once charged it lasted for over a week for me. I liked the fact that it is water proof since it is being kept on our boat. There is also peace of mind knowing that if it drops it is also safe from harm. I did not notice any distortion and it hooked up easily between different phones and carriers. It is perfect for everything I need it for.

    This speaker is so awesome! The packaging was so well done that it made me want to give this one a try! Dropped it in the lake immediately and it floated and worked perfectly! Powerful and the wireless charger is a nice touch that I didn’t even realize it had when I got it!

    I’m really impressed with this Bluetooth speaker! It’s the perfect size to take anywhere, the sound quality is clear with great volume, and the water-resistant design makes it perfect for the pool, beach, or outdoors. Definitely a great portable speaker. Also, the packaging was very clever!

    I’ve had the blue one for years and loved it great speaker overall that’s why I reordered it again but the only thing I’ve noticed that changed is that it no longer comes with the mount or the carrying case which is kind of a bummer also the rubber casing that helps it be shock proof used to use these plastic buttons that would snap in that helped it secure in place now it’s just rubber all around that slips into a groove on the metal mesh which makes it feel kinda cheap.
