A: Pads will hold different amounts when fully saturated with fluid, based on their composition and size, Sam. In general our pad should hold about 25 or 30 mL (milliliters) of menstrual flow; more if a very large pad.

While we understand some have used our feminine hygiene products for their incontinence needs (and it is perfectly safe to do so), we recommend using our Always Discreet products instead, as they are designed specifically to handle urine’s thinner, less viscous fluid.

It might be helpful to know, that Always Discreet liners absorb 2X more than similar size menstrual liners, and Always Discreet pads absorb 4X more than similar size menstrual pads.
