All paper products, including feminine care products, are very porous and can absorb odors around them especially if the product was stored near highly perfumed or scented items. A: Thanks for asking. We'd like to mention that these pads are specifically designed to handle menstrual fluid, which has a thicker consistency than urine. While it's perfectly safe to use our pads for incontinence, we recommend using a product that is designed to handle urine’s thinner consistency and has a higher absorbency for bladder leaks.
