However, this DEFINITELY adds the taste of vegetables to whatever you add it to. It’s like kale, but not quite as potent. It’s worth a try for sure! It uh…cleared me out as well.

I initially tried drinking it plain mixed with water. Big mistake. I could not even finish the glass. It’s not even super powdery or grainy textured, the taste is just not great. I wasn’t expecting it to be absolutely amazing knowing it’s a green supplement, but this can definitely only be mixed into smoothies or other foods that are going to have strong competing flavors to mask it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super food green vitamin powder. It has probiotics, 14 green fruits and vegetables and vitamin C. You can mix it with water or juice in a mixes up very well in liquid. It tastes ok with water I could tolerate it, but I don’t mind really green tasting liquids. it’s not a strong taste or aftertaste actually it doesn’t really taste like anything. If you’re looking for a way to get your vitamins in without taking a handful I would recommend this product.

I like to add a spoon to my smoothies and protein shakes, and it doesn’t leave a strong taste like some other greens powders, so that’s also a plus!

I like that there aren’t fluff ingredients and you really are getting the goods with one scoop. I did a 12 oz shaker bottle of water with a scoop of the powder and it blends well. It doesn’t have a gritty feeling or like you’re munching on grass. It has a more natural taste but not a blended grass taste. I would give the additional .5 stars if there was a slight flavor enhancement? Idk how possible to add a lime or lemon zest to the mix would help but it may help mask the flavor for those who aren’t a fan of taste. It was easy enough to drink and I know it will blend seamlessly into smoothies without affecting flavor.

I am like the other loyal fans complaining about recipe change. I miss that peppermint was a part of the recipe as well as the original contents. I sure hope the company listens to their long time buyers and put back the old recipe. I really liked this brand because of the vitamin k and vitamin c content. It was easy for me to drink some vitamin k while the probiotics and fiber being a bonus.
