Q: Will this help with bloating ? I see people take greens before going to bed but that is the 1stphorm brand. Does it make a difference?

I tried mixing it a few different ways with water and juices, but nothing would cover the flavor. Unfortunately, I would not recommend

I like the ingredients and I like the nutritional benefits but I get a little more of an aftertaste and weird flavor with this one than I do with others. I suppose if I mixed it in with something else it would be better but to mix with water.

It’s thin enough that it won’t really thicken anything you put it in. It’s chalky but not chunky. I think I’ll stick with the gummies.

I’ve noticed they are falling asleep faster, they’re bowels are more regular, they are also more energetic in the morning which is great! This is definitely a must-have staple in my house now!

I usually blend a scoop in my morning protein smoothie and it gives me a great burst of energy that wakes my body up and lasts all day! I’ve also noticed an improvement in my digestive health. Overall this is a great daily supplement that I’d recommend to anyone!

For one week I mixed this powder with hot water every morning. My face started breaking out, I couldn’t figure out what was making me breakout. I immediately stopped drinking this and the breakouts slowed down but it took a solid month for my skin to completely purge. Be careful

I have researched lots of greens powders and this one is far superior when it comes to ingredients and the nutrients provided per serving, and at a great price point too! The powder is super smooth and mixes well. The flavor is not the best, but considering what it is (green vegetables), it's ok. I'm sure it would be better mixed into a smoothie or something with a sweeter taste!

So I want my powders to be packed with as many nutrients as possible if I am going to actually bring myself to use it. I was glad to see this one had a lot of great ingredients with so many nutrient benefits. I loved that many of the ingredients were organic as well. I blended mine with a strawberry banana smoothie which maybe was not the best combination because the taste was not that great. But I imagine it’s hard to make this stuff taste really good. I tried mixing it with just water and I was not a fan. So the only way I can use it is in smoothies to mask the taste. I wish I could say this inspired me to drink more smoothies but so far that has not been the case. I keep my jar in the freezer to keep it fresh since I don’t use it often. I hope to be making better use of it soon.
