I have tried many different curly hair products trying to find my perfect regimen and honestly, I could see this product becoming a regular! My hair didn’t feel weighed down or greasy (common problem with a lot of products I’ve tried) when I woke up. I can’t wait to continue to use this product! I might even try to put some in during the day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] initial thoughts… it is not too thick, the texture is thin but still holds it’s shape. the smell is also not offensive at all. i used this after a long camping trip. swimming in lakes and rivers, laying in the sun, with absolutely no hair care haha. i am not used to that. i could tell my hair was dry and rough. after using this for 4 days after my hair feels normal and healthy. it’s doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down. i’m excited to use this long term and to see if there are any more results!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture and smell are really nice. Packaging is convenient. This amount of product will last for quite a long time. I used it as an overnight mask and washed my hair in the morning - it was very soft! I’d say this product is definitely for you if you have damaged/ fizzy/ very thick hair. My hair is naturally soft and is not very thick. If I didn’t wash off the product, it would have left my hair greasy. It just does not suite my hair type, but the quality of the product is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Amika’s Dream Routine Overnight Hair Mask as a sample in exchange for my honest review. Honestly, I haven’t tried it yet due to my hair being over moisturized. It’s has a coconut/lavender earthy clean scent which is quite nice. I’m always timid when it comes to any overnight treatment because that can lead to hair becoming over moisturized or if done too much—hygral fatigue. I can’t in good conscious write up some review when I haven’t even tried it. Should my hair need some moisture again, it will be the first thing I reach for, but still, I won’t be leaving it in overnight. Since I have no idea how this product actually is. I can’t rate it 5 stars nor 0. I would never recommend leaving in a treatment overnight though, so I won’t be recommending it.

Trust the process
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are use this product for a week so far and I will say that it took me a few days before I started liking this product. The first few days I was not impressed because I left my hair feeling greasy and weird but after that I didn’t notice a difference and that my hair wasn’t as frizzy and softer. I live in Texas so my hair is exposed to a lot of heat before outside of hair tools, I will probably continue using this product through the summertime for the extra protection and hydration, so I recommend this product.

I have been using for a few weeks now, 3 days a week in the morning though, rather than at night. I see my hair more hydrated and healthy looking. The dream routine overnight hydration treatment is a must have if you have dry hair. I only wash my hair about twice a week because it is so dry. And it still lacks the shine I want. After using this product I have to say is is a must have. I love that you can use it on both wet and dry hair. I ended up putting my hair in a pony and used a fair amount of product on my pony. I did not put it on my roots. In the morning I brushed out my hair and it had more of a shine and no more frizz. I also love the smell of it. I would recommend this product to anyone with dry hair.

A dream come true!
I have really dry, color treated, thin and frizzy hair. I was worried about adding this to my ends before bed because I thought it would weigh my hair down. Instead it seemed to heal my split ends, and left me with fewer frizzies, and shiny and softer hair.

If you have more fine/oily hair be sure to not use too much product. A little goes a long way and will weigh your hair done and make it feel greasy.

I added a small amount to my wet hair before bed. It’s a nice slippery cream that absorbs quickly into hair. You can’t feel it and it does make a mess. I have loved using it on both my short thin bob and also my daughters long thick hair. It’s so easy to apply with the pump and goes on slightly thick but absorbs quickly. We wake up with soft hair that looks beautiful!
