Remember Wendy's old slogan, "Where's the beef?" The slogan for this should be, "Where are the vegetables?" This mess is 99.9% noodles. It is a joke to call this product vegetable lasanga.

According to the label the 3 cheeses used are not labeled as "organic". This is very concerning. I've used this in the past, thinking it was all organic and am very displeased to find that it is not. This should not be advertised on Target's description page as "organic".

A little pricey for a single serve lasagna. But, it’s good, they use better ingredients and it’s hard to find a frozen vegetarian lasagna. I would definitely purchase it more if it was a bit cheaper. The portion feels small but I remind myself that “we” (Americans) are used to super sized portions. Overall I definitely recommend this if you need a quick meal. It’s perfect to take to work or even if you work from home and need something quick to eat in between meetings. The flavor is good but I need a pinch of salt. I also add a bit of fresh Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
