I purchased this on Thursday, July 3rd after work. I was planning on making an appetizer with this for Fourth of July. Unfortunately, that ruined my plans as I found a parasite in it that morning. When I opened the box and went to tear the packaging apart; something caught my eye. I showed it to my husband who confirmed it appears to be a parasite! That’s just downright appalling! I’ve never bought a product that had a parasite in it before. There needs to be better quality inspections of this product by the manufacturer. I’m returning this to Target and never buying from this brand again!

Great protein option. Love the flavor. Goes well on sandwiches, added to beans, or even in a seafood boil. The skin can be a bit tough but depending on how you cook the sausage it won’t matter.

I am so impressed with these. I’ve tried lots of sausages recently and this one takes the cake for my favorite. The flavor is great and it is delicious. The flavor is good, however I’m trying to eliminate pork out of my body and after eating multiple sausages I noticed that it was in a pork casing???? That’s why I’m deducting a star. Please change the type of casing because it is a really tasteful/flavorful product

I was nervous at first, but these are really good. Most chicken sausage have cheese or some type of fruit added in and I did not want that so I decided to try these. I’ve probably purchased them at least four or five times since my first time.
