Q: I purchased this in the spring but only recently set it up on our patio. it will not ignite. the propane tank is full and there is a clicking noise but not fire. how do we make this useable?

Q: The information states the dimension as 30” wide…. Is this measurement taken in the top of the unit or the bottom? The bottom appears slightly smaller so I’m wondering what that diameter is.
