Q: Can these be used for sushi making

A: The sheets are only about 3 - 1/4 by 2 -1/4 inches and are very brittle. You'd have to make miniature sushi rolls. They are delicious as a snack - eat em that way.

I was skeptical. I saw these rectangular wafer thin slices of dried seaweed. The dark green reminded me of spinach, which I like, but can be off putting. I tasted three of them and they were tasty. There was just the right amount of salt. I love salty chips and popcorn. However, I need to reduce my craving for them. These seaweed crisps were delicious, AND low in sodium and calories.

I’ve had seaweed snack pouches like this before and liked them but this specific one/brand is gross! It tastes so bad I couldn’t even finish the pack and I hate wasting food/money. It’s more fishy-tasting than any other brand I’ve tried.
