I would not recommend this to anyone. I typically sleep with a silk pillow case but when it’s being washed, I’m stuck and decided to try it out. It always left my hair strange and frizzy. It’s also very tight and I have a small head. It was not comfortable to sleep in. Waste of money to be honest.

This product has a cotton lining. it does nothing for natural hair. if anything it could cause more danage. i have not seen a bonnet made like this. should have paid more attention.
