Great customer service, quality materials
I'm pretty blown away by the quality of the material for the price. I didn't start opening the package until months later, and when I found a couple of the aluminum parts damaged from shipment, customer service was quick to respond with replacements. Extremely happy with my purchase and I will be recommending this to my parents who are looking for something similar. Small critique: I'd like a more detailed dimensioned drawing in the instructions. Specifically, where cranks are located, and a wall-to-center of the leg measurement for cases when the installer needs to pour a concrete foundation for the leg to sit on.
