submitted byRena - 2 years agoTarget expert supportA: From the back side, the rounded edges put your nail there and let air in. Do it on the other rounded edges too. Then there will be a slight gap inside at the top. Take the top part off first. Then do the same to the bottom. The rounded edges area slide your nail in. If it doesn’t budge after doing it on both sides then push up from the charging port. It’ll come off. (If your have overlay on your nails it will be difficult use a toothpick or a card (debit/ID those ones). Please don’t get frustrated right away and damaging your nails or your precious air pods. :)
submitted bymm00 - 7 days agoA: From the back side, the rounded edges is the key. Start from the top cap, From the rounded edges slide your nail in or a card do that on both sides. Then the bottom. For the bottom your can do the same, from the rounded edges get a card or your nail in on both right and left rounded corner. If not push from the charging hole. This is how I get mine off without a problem.

submitted byTaylor - 2 years agoTarget expert supportA: Yes it’s possible. I haven’t use a portable battery wireless charger with my AirPods but I have one on my desk for charging and it charges. Depending on your charger your AirPods can get warm since the wireless charger works by passing energy through coils/magnetic field with electrons so just be careful when you grab it could be hot/warm. Make sure to get chargers that are ment for AirPods not iPhone different watts and wall input Voltage.

I have a wireless charging for my iPhone, watch and AirPods; and I’ve had no problem. (I have a magnet portable charger for my phone but that did not work. For some reason my previous answer was deleted)

I got this for the pro 2. I have the same one for a gold Leopard one for 1st gen. Great case. I used the AirPods Pro for 3years and this case has lasted. So for the second one too. To get it off yes it’s hard but use your nails and from the back side slip your nail in to get air into the case and it slips right off. Then do the same from the back rounded corner and slip your nail into get air and it will slide off. The one thing I DONT like is that the design prior the button area was slightly cut so it was easy to press it but this pink one the new design it doesn’t have that so the button to press is difficult. It’s possible but definitely harder to do.

Super super cute got this due to losing my previous AirPods case with the same brand (the 9.99 one ) in black because the keychain and case had broken but this keychain seems to be sturdier and thick which I LOVE! So overall definitely worth the buy

These would NOT come off of the AirPod pros that I bought. The case was stuck on. It was as if it was vacuum sealed. Easy to put on, but almost impossible to take off. I broke 2 nails trying to push the case out. When I finally pushed the case out I realized the inside of the case is not smooth but it is textured and scratchy. I think this texture inside the case cause it to grip onto the AirPods which is why I had an insane amount of trouble taking the case off. Don’t buy. Make sure the inside of your case is smooth. Maybe the print made the case textured inside.

Love the design the AirPods fit real snug which is great. No worries about case sliding off. I have dropped it plenty of times does great job protecting it. It is turning a little yellow but that normal with clear cases on anything. The little clasp ring to clip of to thing works and it’s simple. Over time the color with fade depending on how much it’s rubbed on.

I don’t care if you see this case and think it’s the absolute cutest case you’ve ever seen, DO NOT GET IT! Your AirPods will go to their grave in this case. I can’t believe a piece of plastic stressed me out this bad.

Horrible!! The cover was stuck on my AirPod case and took almost half an hour to take off! Cutest design and color but c’mon Target, do better! I almost broke the top of my AirPod case. I’m happy I was able to take it off. Returning!

If it won’t come off, is that 5 stars or 1? Ha! In all seriousness, like others, I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I had high hopes… The top connects to the bottom and the surface is slick so it’ll easily go into my pocket, which is what I was looking for… but I put it on, can’t get it off. Scared to destroy my AirPod case. I’ll be taking it back to the store and expect a full refund no matter what shape of destruction this thing is in. Target, why are these still on your shelves?!

I'm not giving Target my time to write out a good review, plus there are so many already. The case wouldn't come off. I finally got it after an hour. Don't buy this case for any reason, even your worst enemy. Make peace instead tbh, no one deserves this. Literal paper wrapped around your case is better than this. I don't trust any other cases now, so for now I'm going to just get a fabric pouch. Better safe than sorry.

this case is the absolute worst thing you could ever purchase for your expensive airpods. this case brought so much disparity to me. this case will attach itself to your airpods and you will never be able to get it off. from personal experience you’ll have to put oil in the case to pry it off and take scissors to try to cut it off but the case is so thick the scissors can’t cut through it. eventually the case may come off but your precious airpods will be scratched all up and will look like wolverine got ahold of them. save yourself some grief and don’t buy this product 😃😃😃😃

I should have read the other reviews before I put this case on. It was nearly impossible for me to remove this case after I put it on. I received this case as a gift, and when I had trouble removing it I then checked the reviews to see if others had a similar issue. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. I had to cut the part case that connects the top and bottom in order for me to remove it. This case is not worth the hassle.

Same review as the others, it is near impossible to get this thing off. I almost broke my AirPods case trying. Once I did, I discovered that it had also stained the Bluetooth button. Do not use the button while this case is on. Also be patient trying to get it off or you will almost certainly break the AirPods charging case.

Nearly impossible to get off. The connecting part to the lid broke, causing it to get stuck and rip inside my expensive air pod case. Very cute when not trying to get off.
