Trade in value
A little disappointed in the estimate trade in value. Estimated I would be paying 2 dollars a month after trade in but now I’m paying almost 20 dollars.

new USC connections
I just got back from vacation in the US and had a terrible time with connections. You changed the USB connections and now it is not compatible with airports, planes, other charging stations! Had a horrible time charging my phone!!

iPhone 16 Plus- Black
Love the iPhone 16 Plus. It was hard to choose a color so I went with black and it looks great. It is an excellent upgrade from my iPhone 11! Ordering and Set up was easy; all of my apps, pics, notes etc. transferred with no problem. I can hold the phone comfortably in my hands and accessories were easy to find with many available options.
