First of all I have to push on stuff like 3 times for it to work as in deleting or sending. The battery doesn’t last more than a day and a half. It came brand new already on 56 percent. The old phones back in the day you had to charge them for over 24 hours. You know you do this because you want people to keep buying new phones and not just batteries. Eventually I will get smart and drop your company. Rip off. You make sure it’s a new charger of course. And it doesn’t come with any of the stuff they used to come with, for example ear plugs etc. and I dropped that insurance I was wasting like 40 a month on. Nothing was ever covered.

I hate this phone. The side button that used to dim the screen now opens their AI instead. So you have to press the button again, just so, to turn off the AI and then try again to dim the screen. There is also a new button on the side. It's almost impossible to hold your phone anymore without triggering an unintended result.

Having some persistent problems with Blue Tooth as well as connectivity issues, I traded in my old 12 Pro Max for a 16 Pro Max. The Blue Tooth issues are mostly resolved. The connectivity issues not so much, though I do live in the Bermuda Triangle of cell phone coverage. Whatever. As far as the function of my new iPhone, the transition has been smooth which is a blessing for this senior (most my age can barely use a cell phone) but I am fortunate to have a couple of family members who grasp technology better than I and are free with advice. Every week I discover something new that makes usage a little easier and more fun. Therefore, I am quite happy with my purchase.

My iPhone 13 Pro was having problems with the touch screen. Had to replace it. The transition was fairly easy. The iPhone 16 Pro Max has some interesting features.

The new iPhone has better security and great battery saving capacity. I have experienced great connectivity. No problem getting the phone in the mail. Lost some of my apps on the transfers. Sent old iPhone in for credit. That takes 2 to 3 months to transpire. The only drawback.
