Easily the worst iPhone I've ever owned since the 3GS. From day 1: bluetooth does not function and there is no solution, phone runs hot not while charging or excessive cpu usage, and the battery life is teribble nothing like advertised. Additionally, it already is sluggish during app switching or opening as if it was several years old and not able to hold the new iOS updates.

Perfectly fine phone. Liked the price but disappointed that there’s not a big selection of phone covers for the 16e. If I had known this would be so limited, I probably would’ve chosen a different phone. I “upgraded” from a 12 and really don’t see a bit of difference in the two.

I am not new to digital computing but the smart phone is sufficiently complex it will take me a while to learn. Considering its complexity, the documentation available with it is not very good. I have slowly learned the basics. However web browsing and email will be left to my desktop computer.

Well I finally upgraded after so many years with my 8plus, it was slowly dying. The 16e has been a lot easier to use than I thought it would be, still getting used to not having a home button, overall a great phone.

This is my first new phone and I’m so excited to have it. The camera is great for someone that just wants to take pictures and videos. It’s great for what I want to do with it. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a great phone that doesn’t require a complicated phone.
