Q: In what condition can we expect to recieve these phones in? Will there be scratches or nicks? Is the battery in good condition and will the phone work without any issues?

A: These pre-owned devices may have slight nicks or scratches. At arms length nicks will be hard to see. There are no visible scratches on the screen. Battery health will be at minimum of 75%

Not as Described. Not in great condition.
The screen is scratched. Original description was not Pre-Owned. The boxes they came in were flimsy and the packaging somewhat damaged. I'm disappointed. Debating whether to send back or not. Can't even get Insurance on them.
