So glad Target offers this. Like the firm re-seal, it doesn’t keep for too long(usually 2ish weeks, but that’s to be expected with real organic healthy meats. Do not like that the slices are so thin~amount is not enough. Otherwise, my family and I love it!

The chewy parts
I’ve given this product two different tries. I always chew into a chewy/crunchy yuck yuck 🤢 Fat? Tendon? I don’t care. It’s gross. Don’t buy it.

Why?
I like this product, and will continue to buy it. But, for the life of me, I can't figure out why you can't manage to have 1 ounce slices. Why 7 slices? It's 3 serving per package. How am I supposed to divide that extra slice into thirds? If the package says that 1 serving is 55 grams, why can't each slice be 27.5 grams instead of only 24.28? Why??

Great, healthy lunch meat option!
After doing some research on lunch meats, I discovered most are filled with really unhealthy ingredients. This particular brand and version (organic) was highly rated in terms of high quantity ingredients. The product tastes great, and I feel great knowing it's not pumped full of unhealthy fillers and low quality meat.

Very disappointed to see Carrageenan used. I just threw out a good looking sandwich after reading that and wasted my money. Carrageenan Is toxic, outlawed in some counties, causes intestinal inflammation. Disappointed.
