These pills taste awful. No matter how fast I took them, what I took them with, it was always a bad experience. I was hoping to help with some bloating I have going on, and I feel like this has done nothing. I still have a few days left but I am not happy with it so far. Will not buy again.

I use these every 6 mos or so and they always surprise me with how much better I feel. I lose about 5lbs each time and feel really light. I start off with 1 in the am and 1 in pm for the first week so I’m not overdoing it.

I have used this product on and off for several years. I continue to go back to it because I know it works. Definitely reduces my bloating and each time I lose at least 6 pounds and that’s with no diet or exercise. I would definitely recommend.

This is not true the only way you can lose weight is by being in a calorie deficit. There is no pill or suplement that will make you lose weight.

It made me super gassy and I was having trouble going to the bathroom. It did however make me less bloated after the 3rd day but I’m still gassy. And it does make me less hungry but if I skip just one day my hunger comes back and I can literally eat for 2 people and I’m not even pregnant.

By day 3 I felt alot lighter. Went the bathroom but it was nothing extreme. I can say that I wasn't fat I was just extremely constipated and backed up. This did the job. Probably will take it for one more day. I feel great . i cut the pills in half.

By day five, I was not going to the bathroom more often at all, I was actually experiencing cramps and major bloating with constipation! These made me put on two pounds before I lost anything, maybe in water weight, maybe because the pills who knows. But they’re huge and taste awful so that’s a downside as well.

This product didn’t help me lose much weight , but as promised , it has helped me become “regular” with my bowel movements . I would use it again , but it wouldn’t be my first choice for cleansers.

Hear me out. This product made me gassy, backed me up until day 3 and a STORM HIT. I was waking up with horrible cramps, went to the beach and had to run to a bathroom twice, and i feel awful. I workout 4-5 days a week regularly and eat healthy and wanted to use this as a backbone. I would never take these again.
