My only issue with these is that they can make a bit of a mess of beads on the floor if you're not careful, but that's the only downside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this bl starter pack, my daughter spends hours playing on it, I like that she is entertained for a long time, this set comes with templates and it is much easier to create designs, and at the end you just spray them with water and let them dry for an hour until hard, this set contains many pieces and many designs can be created and even my daughter searched for more on the website, it is a great craft set to keep children entertained and using their creativity.

It comes with this awesome little carrying case that makes organizing the beads simple, 650 beads, a little spray bottle and plenty of designs to try out. Our only complaint is placing the beads can get difficult unless you already have another kit that came with the tool to do so. We found trying to use our fingers will knock other beads that have already been placed out of place. I feel like the tool to place the beads should come in this kit, it being a "starter" kit and all. Other then that it's simple to use, place the beads using a design template or by making your own design, spray them with the little squirt bottle, let it sit a minute or two until dry and bam! You're done.

There are so many colors and different ideas for designs that it kept them occupied for hours. I like that the older kids can help the younger ones and the directions are easy to follow. The case is sturdy and helps keep things well organized.

My daughter has had fun playing with aqua beads in the past so I thought she'd really like this. She has had fun playing with this one, it can definitely be a disaster of a mess a times too. Carpeted areas aren't recommended.

It's a no struggle craft that doesn't require anything but aquabeads and water to make unique creations. The beads fit extremely well in small hands and are very easy to make and assemble. They hold together solidly for fun play after they dry. I'm glad I got this set for my children to try, its been the only stress free craft we've done all Summer.

I decided to try this out for the boys and the girls to try together and they absolutely loved it! There were images/shapes for everyone but it seemed like the girls were more impressed with the "cuteness" of the shapes while the boys liked that they looked "pixelated" like some of their favorite classic games. These Aquabeads are so easy to use that I simply had to tell them the instructions once and then I could sit back and just enjoy them having fun and making memories together. Definitely recommended!

My 7 year old did have a bit of trouble placing some of the beads as she’d hit some she already placed and they would move. It make be easier for kids to use some kind of tweezers for placement. Overall we love these!

You can make your own designs as well. Comes with tons of beads and carry case. Simply spray the beads after you drop them on the design, then flip it to dry. Bright color! That said, my 8 year old had trouble with the spray bottle and getting just enough water to set them. It was fun, but messy! Overall she likes it but doesn’t love it!

Also, for everyone saying they fall apart or don’t stick together, YOU GOTTA LET THEM DRY FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR / HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE TRYING TO MOVE! Several hours for it to dry completely. The design shouldn’t be soft or flimsy! Make sure to tap the design on something to get extra water out. It’ll take longer to dry and the excess liquid becomes flaky if you don’t!
