While the Kingdom of Veck places great importance on the versatility of the human form in an Arche-Ymirus mech, the Republic of Karstenrsquos version of a fortification-type Arche-Ymirus mech, the Rampart Titan, is a mobile fortress. To catch up in the Arche-Ymirus mech arms race, the Republic of Karsten enacted the ldquoEagle39s Blood Actrdquo to plunder Arche ruins. The act is executed by the Magistrate Narcissus who can deploy elite forces and state-of-the-art technology. The goal was to amass resources early to build an Arche-Ymirus mech in order to remove all obstacles on the path of pursuing the Arche ruins. The result was the completion of the strategic weapon, the Rampart Titan. As the nucleus of the ldquoEagle39s Blood Actrdquo strike group, the idea was not to rebuild Ymirus but to construct them as ldquomobile fortresses.
