There is a major design flaw in this item. I had to order 4 of these to finally get one that wasn't chipped. First one had a chip in the mirror, set up a return. Replacement, also chipped. Couldn't set up another exchange, so I had to chat with support. They allowed another replacement, chipped again. Finally on the 4th one, no chip. Great looking mirror but if you don't have the time or energy to do returns, buy another.

Mirror arrived chipped in the upper left. I returned it and ordered another, and the second one was chipped in the same place. I then figured third time's the charm and that one arrived chipped in the same place, too! So disappointed because it is a cute mirror otherwise and I really wanted it, but have decided to give up after 3 tries.

Don’t waste your time buying this mirror… mine arrived defective. It’s warped and the side of the mirror has a major chip on the edge. It seems whoever is manufacturing these doesn’t care about quality control as these are just being approved and sold.

Shame on Target! I have always felt like Target’s customer service was excellent and it’s one of the reasons why I have shopped primarily at Target for the past 30 years! My mirror arrived extremely defective in 2 places. I went through the hassle of unpackaging it, only to find 2 large defects in the actual mirror, then repackaged it and hauled it back to the store on a -0 degree day. When I talked to customer service, they would not do an even exchange with it. They would return it for the price I bought it for, but then I would have to rebuy the mirror at its regular price. I bought it online at a discount. They would not discount the same exact item for an even exchange so in addition to going through the hassle of returning the mirror, I now was expected to pay almost $15 more for the same mirror. I did speak to a manager who basically told me the same thing. That is definitely not an even exchange. It appears this mirror has a lot of problems with quality/damage and quality control. You would think Target would have the ability to rectify that. I will reconsider any online purchases I make with Target in the future!

Didn't come with mounting hardware, and the back was crooked making it incredibly hard to mount. Also the shelf itself wasn't level, making it difficult to get the holes even. I guess it's cute, but kind of wishing I has gone with something else before putting holes in my wall.

I was hesitant to buy this due to all the reviews about broken or faulty mirrors from shipping, since this wasn’t available in store for me. Took a risk & glad I did. It arrived safely! Box was slightly damaged but mirror was not & it was wrapped very intentionally will all kinds of different protection. Figured I’d leave a review to help boost the listing especially since it seems like maybe there are now more shipping precautions

I read the reviews before hand and thought no way my mirror will come damaged and it did. It had multiple deep scratches on the actual glass.. so be prepared to have to take it to the store and re order a new one. It’s so cute so it’s worth it I hope the new one is not damaged

This is a beautiful mirror, we haven’t installed it yet. It’s a beautiful color and size. My only complaint is that there was a scratch on the mirror when we first received. Nothing major, but a bummer!

I ordered this mirror twice and both times it arrived with the mirror chipped at the top. The packaging was pretty sturdy so I’m not sure why it kept happening. I ended up returning it both times. I was very disappointed because it would have been perfect for my bathroom and they don’t sell it in the store.
