I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. these steak knives have a slightly different shaped handle, and that makes them so much smoother to hold, like they are carved perfectly for a hand to hold them. they are amazingly sharp, and cut through even the toughest meat with no problem. the color is a beautiful light blue, a little odd for a steak set, but I love them.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was drawn to these because of the color, mine were almost a periwinkle color. I like that they cut nicely. The package says to sharpen the knives frequently, which isn't something I normally have time for so I hope these last decently before that's absolutely needed. There are a few "imperfections" on the handle where the studs are, it seemed like it was often the bottom stud so you couldn't see it from the front of the package. That makes these a little disappointing.

They will be good for my family's dinner use, but aren't as nice as what I'd like to have for hosting a dinner with. The rivets don't look very neatly done and are not perfectly rounded in appearance. The blades do look very good and have a very sharp tip.

I like that the blade looks smooth but still has just the slightest serration to cut meat with. My meat had clean edges when I cut it. The blade is elegant looking. The handle doesn't feel heavy in my hand, but it does have an ergonomic shape to it. With a 10 year guarantee I have faith that these will last us a long time.
