Ardell Fake Nails Strips - 16ct

I got these on a clearance deal. The only dislike I really have is they’re so small. I have small fingernail beds but these are mostly too small even for me. But enough coverage on most fingers I can deal with that. I have thin, damaged nails and I have not had an issue keeping these on. Just keep from using oil based products with them. I used coconut oil as moisturizer and it did try to peel up some. But they stayed on when I pressed back down. So I just use regular lotion instead. Not something I’d use all the time but it’s great for now. So much cheaper than getting them done at the salon. I hate having plain nails so this is a good option for me while trying to save money. They adhere well, but nail prep is key! I slightly file the surface of my nails and then use an alcohol pad on them to clear any debris or moisture. Mine have been on close to a week so far.

These are no replacement for Dashing Diva. The sizes are either too small or too big, they don’t stretch at all and mine are coming up already on day 3. Ok for kids play spa day but not for anyone who wants their nails to look nice.

Went on fairly easily, but I wore them to an amusement/water park a few days in. They got all sticky, I had to peel them off between rides.

Most of the strips were too small to cover the nail. Looks silly. You would need to order 2 boxes just to do your nails and have the right fitting stickers

After only 2 days the nail strips were deteriorating - they started to look bad and were sticky to the touch

They went on in minutes, no tools or fuss, and looked like a fresh manicure. The pretty metallic shade held up for days without peeling. So convenient when I don't have time for the salon!

There are not enough sizes for me. I have big hands so even the largest didn’t fit my thumb. One of mine chipped while I was putting them on and they don’t seem like they will last long at all. I put gel topcoat on top to hopefully get them to last longer. They don’t recommend that so I won’t be able to comment on their longevity. The design isn’t great, the glitter is so faint that it doesn’t look intentional and draws the eye to the cuticle. Fun to try but it’s so much better just to paint them yourself. This was my first attempt at nail stickers.

Definitely user error. This works for when you need a quick fix for an important event or a night out without the commitment. Mine unfortunately did not come with the alcohol pad to prep prior to use, so the length of my use is limited. But it can normally last up to 7 days. There are standard sizes provided, but not all will fit precisely. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete and continue on with my day. Removal is easy, with no damage left behind.

For $3.50 I will buy these over and over. Easy to apply and stayed on fine for me until day 4 when I spent hours in the pool. Peeled them off with no damage and will buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color of these strips are so simple but are so pretty. My nail beds have a curve that doesn't allow the strips to fit perfectly. They came out good nonetheless. Applying the strips is tricky especially removing the excess.

Keep in mind though that I work as a hairstylist so my hands are constantly getting wet which likely was the cause for the early lifting. They looked nice when first applied

They were easy application, the excess filed off VERY easy, and they lasted me for 2 weeks. I work from home, so there's not much putting the nails at risk, but I do have oily nails, so they normally come off SUPER easy. These girls, nope. They were ON. Also, I just want to add that the color is GORGEOUS! It looks like genuine polish. :) Definitely suggest if you're looking for a good a good brand of nail strips!

Perfect for busy days when you don't have time to wait for nails to dry. They lasted me up to 7 days with care, and removal was super easy too. The finish looks like regular polish, though keep in mind they won't smooth out uneven nails like polish might. Still, a great option when you need cute nails in a hurry

The directions said to clean your cuticles with a manicure pad, but did not provide one in the kit which I found to be disappointing. The strips were very tacky and stuck well. Some of my nails were between sizes and I sized down per the instructions, but I did not like the way those nails looked; however, the next size up would have been too large. I would like to see more sizing selections if I were to purchase in the future. Overall, I find these to be fun and enjoyed my design, but would like to see some modifications in the future!
