When using this product : do not take more than the maximum dose in a 24-hour period,do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.Directions
For Use as a Soak in the Bath: Dissolve 1 to 2 cupfuls in a tub of warm water. Soak for 10 to 30 minutes as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin. For Use as a Compress or Wet Dressing: Add sodium bicarbonate to water to make a mixture in a container. Soak a clean, soft cloth in the mixture. Apply cloth loosely to affected area for 15-30 minutes. Repeat as needed or as directed by a doctor. Discard mixture after each use., Add 1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 glass (4 fl. oz.) of water every 2 hours, or as directed by physician. Dissolve completely in water before drinking. Accurately measure 1/2 teaspoon. Do not exceed recommended dose. See warnings. Do not take more than the following amounts in 24 hours: Seven 1/2 teaspoons. Three 1/2 teaspoons if you are over 60 years.Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Over

A: Thank you for your question, Emily P. Arm & Hammer Baking Soda got its start as a mined ore called trona. Trona is mined in the Green River Basin of Wyoming. Trona deposits were formed over four million years ago after the evaporation of great salt lakes in Wyoming, as well as in Kenya, Egypt, Venezuela, and the deserts of Central Asia. After trona is mined from these areas, the trona ore is heated to make soda ash (sodium carbonate), which is then dissolved in water. When carbon dioxide is bubbled through the solution under pressure, sodium bicarbonate forms and precipitates out of the solution. Q: Is 1-pound baking soda the same as 2-pound's? If yes, why the box is labeled "fresh for baking" on 1-pound baking soda and 'natural cleaning for your whole kitchen' on 2-pound's?

Cleaner, scratch free agent for a sink that shines or mix with dish soap and then pour in vinegar for dynamically clean toliets. I dump some into the waste basket in my kitchen to cut the smells of onion or garlic or whatever.

I use it to brush my teeth. I add some to my shampoo to cut product residue, I sprinkle in my litter box and on my carpet before vacuuming. I pour some down my sinks followed by 1/2 cup vinegar to keep my drains clear and fresh smelling. Arm and Hammer is so versatile and is really affordable.#giveawayentry
