I went to Target Optical and ended up spending a fortune (even though I have great eye care insurance coverage). They force you to buy services that you don’t need ( I just needed contact lenses and they made me pay for prescriptions for both contacts AND eye glasses). Everything is an up charge. I won’t be going back.

I came in had Dr. Bench examine my eyes. The results were a fantastic experience. When it came time to select my new glasses. Both Dr Bench and Latasha gave great advice. Also spent the time to make sure my glasses were correct.

My glasses broke recently. They were running on very limited staff and hours and could only let two people into the store at a time, they were fantastic to deal with. They had me in and out in a hurry, and the store was sparkling clean. Really help me in my time of need!

My prescription didn't really change since last time but my classes were worn and scratched, so it was time. I ended up purchasing the same model of frame I had been using - but this time I went with the "Better" progressive lenses. Well, I'm back to wearing the old ones because my eyes never adjusted to the "better" ones. lots of headaches, trouble reading and a persistent sense of dizziness. Wish I could trade the new ones in and downgrade them to the same technology of progressive that is in my 'old ones'.

I bought my glasses 12/31/2018 , I've had them exchanged 4 times already and they still cant get the measurements right , objects look out of proportion in one pair , items have a fish bowl effect on another pair , I'm out of options besides get my money back , my current pair of glasses work just fine I use them every day, just my old lenses have scratches already from old age 2 years old

As the title suggests, I have concerns about the actual product itself. The frames are holding up very well however I cannot seem to say the same for the lenses. While I have only had them about a month, I am noticing some breakdown of the lenses around the edges. It almost seems as if the lenses are chipping or crystallizing. I will be taking them back in the next couple of days.
