A terrific film that deserved it's Best Picture nomination! Very similar in theme and subject to Interstellar, the major difference is that the protagonist in this film is a woman. To say anything else would be a spoiler. Be patient watching this film, don't see it when you're tired or sleepy. Though it seems slow, everything you see is connected and the payoff is worth it!

Enjoyed this movie... was skeptical at first when my hubby wanted to buy it but i am glad we saw it.

I read some reviews when the movie was in the theaters that weren't very complimentary, which could explain why this movie was released to DVD so fast. So, I took a chance and bought the movie. Honestly, I was "underwhelmed" by the movie. I felt it was slow-paced, and not at all as interesting as I'd hoped. It's a cerebral movie, requiring a lot of thought to figure out why they're here and so forth, and there's not a lot of action and maybe it wasn't conceived and produced for that effect, but none-the-less, I would not recommend this movie - it's just too slow.
