Arthur Tufted Storage Bench - Threshold™

We use this as an ottoman in front of our couch. It's very comfortable for resting your feet on. The color is a very pretty dark blue and looks very nice. However, the top is out of alignment from the base so that the lid overhangs on one side and doesn't cover the edge of the base on the other. It's not too noticable, but I would obviously prefer it to be aligned. Overall, I think it's quite nice for the price.

The color is not as asvertised. What i recieved looks more like a red-orange…maybe even burgandy.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. I was pleasently surprise at the weight and quality. It shipped ready to use with just legs to attach. The price is amazing for the quality of the piece.

Nice bench and I love the color! It is very sturdy but is a bit squeaky when you sit down on it.

Bought this for an accent piece in an extra bedroom. Looks great, seems to be sturdy and it has a great price.

We were seeking a bench with storage that would compliment the other blue highlights in our remodeled master bath. It’s perfect. Suggest opening the box and inspecting before leaving store as the floor model lid was off-center. Boxed one in the warehouse was perfect.

This item is darker in person, I expected a more blue grey but it's solid navy. Storage space is okay, great for smaller trinkets and tote bags.

Perfect addition to our bedroom! Classy navy blue. Sturdy for sitting while putting on shoes and hinge/top feels well-made. Fabric is soft. Good amount of storage inside, which we are using for sheets /books/misc. love it!

Returned one because the lid was misaligned, went to the store and bought one that was correct.. within a few months of use the lid on the new one broke as well. Definitely not worth the price.

Great quality. My only issue is the blue color is more of a dark wash denim blue and not the shade displayed in the photo.

The item and product is good as such but it was damaged when we bought it. No wonder it was on clearance.

I have been wanting this for about a year now. I happen to look it up and see that it was on sale so I bought it! Best purchase ever! I love it it is so nicely built and there is storage I just am so happy I purchased this!

I would have given this product 5 stars if the colors matched the product photos on Target's website. I selected the blue option because it is shown as a muted grayish blue in the product photos. However, the color is actually a rich, deep blue in person. The color is beautiful but does not match my existing furniture, so I must return it. It's very disappointing because the design and size are exactly what I've been looking for. If you are looking for a brillant dark blue, then this bench is worth it for the style and solid structure. There is also ample storange space inside.

Stunning! Mid-century type design. Fabric has beautiful and subtle blending of blue hues. Storage option is fantastic. Tufting looks sharp.

So far, I like this item a lot. The storage feature is wonderful, and the bench looks really nice. It comes fully assembled! However the corners are “dented” in slightly, and I am worried that the top will sag with continued use. We have this as a dining bench currently, and really hoping it will hold up over time!

Ok this was a wild ride trying to get one of these. I’m not the type of person to “give up” but this item really did me in. First I tried to buy a floor model and they insisted they don’t sell them. So I ordered pickup at another store and when they brought it out, it had white stains on it and when I asked they said why yes it’s the floor model (first red flag). The employees were less than helpful. I guess chaos was ensuing in drive-up and no one would radio the girl back “I’ve got 3 surprise cars here!!”. I had to sit around for 20 mins and this chick would not just go back in the store. Finally when someone came out, she was clearly upset and taking it out on them. Finally they gave me a new one & I high tailed it out of there. MISTAKE. I got home and started to pull it out and noticed something light on one of the dark legs. Oh no big deal - the wood leg was split in two. I was beyond frustrated. So later that evening I took it back. I encountered a teenager begging the employees to charge her phone so she could get in her electric car. No one could help her (surprising since it’s a tech generation & the year 2024). So I offered her to charge it in my car after the return was processed. I guess that was not entirely a wasted trip bc these girls were so sweet and thankful! Decided to go to ANOTHER Target a few days later. Got a unit that was boxed up, never removed before. Got it home and two wood legs were split in half. So I brought it back and said to myself “Clearly this item is not meant for me.” What a waste of time and also won’t be going back to ghetto Target where everyone is angry and no one can work well together or be kind humans 🫠

Lid won't stay in place and smells awful. That smell literally has not gone away in over 2 years! I really like the looks of this bench but wish it was better quality.

Exactly as expected. Looks great. Pretty color.
