It was NEVER delivered. It's been over a month since I placed my order.
I NEVER received the perfume I ordered. EVERY TIME UPS turns over my order to the USPS I don't receive my order even though Target has deducted the amount of the purchase from my checking account. I have brought this to the attention of Target multiple times and the issue has NOT been resolved.

I don’t know what Target is doing but 2x during this shipment had items sent to me that was used. The perfumed they sent me was 1/3 used.

Very dilute
Bought this looking for a fragrance that doesn't contain toxic chemicals. The ingredients list only says "Parfum", yet the product smells like alcohol/ vodka with a faint fragrance added. A much better value for the same price is the Solinotes line (I have no financial connection with them). The Solinotes line also scores highly on safety in the EWG 'Skin Deep' database, yet the fragrances are very rich.
