It was a great computer but I could not get the graphics to work on my games..total black screen. I had to return it. Because gaming is the reason I bought it.

If you are unable to play games without the screen black-screening, please update Windows, drivers, BIOS, games and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated. To resolve these issues, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and games are up to date. Keeping the laptop updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If the laptop is up to date and the problem persists, Windows is possibly corrupted, please perform a factory reset. Additionally, while accessing games and web applications, please ensure the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. Great laptop. I would have gave a 5 star if it were not for the disappointing backlight keyboard. It does not backlight as well as I think it should. Not easy to read.

so far, not much wrong...but you know how that can change suddenly. Replacing an 7+ yr old MSI Stealth Dragon. very similar keyboards but the ASUS screen is fabulous!
