It's a solid phone. No bugs found yet but has plenty of bloatware that I'm working on deleting. It's up to date and compatible with every app I've tried. Smooth operation, relatively fast and has been reliable. Not enough internal storage for my taste, nothing larger available in this model and it's not expandable. No headphone jack and no MicroSD is disappointing.

I use it for work, home agendas, schedules, homework alerts for my son, alarms, and everything in between! Now my phone has been my life saver....we recently lost our home to a fire...and thank goodness for my phone...all my important info stored with me at a push of a button...or even using the Galaxy AI....I am learning so much more with this and helps me on the road, at work, home and anywhere I go I can rely on Gemini to be there when I need it! Like I said best phone I have ever had...updates well and I never lose anything on any updates!! Not to mention I get great reception everywhere even when others dont have any at all!! Thank you Galaxy for hanging in there with me and my old self! I am forever grateful for my extra lifeline!! And thank you to my wonderful husband for buying this one for me... Games run smoothly and the storage is actually pretty good! I have about 10 games while I only had about 3 on my previous phone. The Galaxy AI is surprisingly good too! It's pretty good at finding things I need about 98% of the time, but still amazing.

Its form factor is perfect for me. The ability to write notes over images is a game changer since i do lots of inventory tracking in my job! Best feature ever! Powerful!

The size is just right not to big and not to small. The camara actually has really good quality with pictures and videos. Has lots of storage space holds tons. It's just all around a great phone in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive never used Galaxy AI and its subpar compared to competing services. I would use it with less restrictions. I use my phone for almost everything. Communications of course, but work, school, running my business, relaxing when I have a few minutes and gaming or scrolling social media. The s24 does everything I ask of it and keeps going, not to mention the durability. I was particularly impressed by the gaming capabilities of this and presumably future generations. Ps3 or Xbox 360 quality without even getting hot is incredible but true.

So, between all doctors appts, therapies, my doctor's appts and just everyday life, this phone does excellent at handling the job. If I need to jot down an appt, or look something up on Google, or take an awesome video of a moment others might take for granted, the S24 does what you need it to and much MORE!

It never takes a day off and always performing countless amounts of task any minute of the day. It's been almost 6 months and by now I thought it would show signs of slowing down but not my phone it's still performing like Iron Mike in his Prime! The best phone i have ever had period!

This phone has never failed in being reliable with the network, I have had very few dropped calls nor any issues with 5G as compared with older phone models. Fantastic phone!
