AT&T Samsung Galaxy S24 Smartphone

Biggest Nightmare EVER buying directly from you. You have NOT followed through w/your promise and I am still (1.5mo later) trying to get your mistakes correct. Sad, because I own everything Samsung and to think I could have gone directly to TMobile & got this issue resolved by now, I Really would like someone from Corporate to call me !!

The cell don't show correct colors. It needs to be color tuned b4 u sell it. Im wondering why I bought a brand new cell & colors look like it's worn out. I can't buy clothes online & Im disabled & never can shop in stores. I must ask someone to come to my home to check color on clothes I pick out b4 I buy them & lost my independence to shop on cell w/o friends helping me.

Perfect size, excellent camera, everything works as expected.

Great phone but it lags when typing

Its a fantastic phone. The device comes with preprogrammed "battery protection" settings. The cameras are great. The screen sensitivity is very good

While it's significantly faster, then my previous s10, the much-advertised AI features are an enormous downgrade from previous editions. Holding the home button, instead of allowing Google Voice or a configurable assistant, can only open Circle to Search, which both is focused on visual features and which doesn't activate the mic automatically, doubling the number of taps for the same functionality. You can configure the power button, but the unremovable Gemini app fails to perform actions as simple as setting an alarm or creating a reminder. Assistant is better but is noticeably slower to load (2 sec loading time). The voice recognition feature only gets 3/4th of the words right and puts punctionation in random places. Terrible AI features, good phone in other respects.

What a disappointment. I have used the galaxy platform for years on an employer provided device and this phone is the first one that I purchased in retirement. I feel the platform's performance has declined for me with at least the last 3-4 devices I have used, likely dating back to 2015 or so. Why did I purchase one if the former is true? I guess it's because this Boomer just didn't want to have to learn an entirely new "language" by switching to the "other" options from different manufacturers. Shame on me. I cannot recommend Samsung smartphones until they (and ALL electronics manufacturers) begin to support and improve their current product lines with same veracity they demonstrate to "be first to the market" with next substandard product. The entire industry is bleeding the average consumer to death with this production and marketing stategy.

It's always running, has a great battery life, and survives the many times I have dropped it! Definitely recommend! Also syncs perfectly with Samsung buds and watch! I never miss a beat!

Wouldn't change as they have always been reliable; take beautiful pictures; even playing games is awesome. Very rarely have I had to restart or reload a game. Love the available apps. Anything from editing photos & documents to setting reminders and then simply just talking to family & friends. The graphics are top notch. Often have several apps open at one time and have never had an issue. Security is important to me and have had no issues of leaked information. Now I'm not a tech guru but for an old lady just passing time and needing to stay connected with the world, my S24 is perfect. Thank You Samsung!

And I use my phone for entertainment, for work, for school. I won't get anything else at this point. I love how quickly I can move from one action to another, one app to another. And they always last me years, through drops in water and hard floors. I'd say you couldn't find a better cell out there.
