Disclaimer- I purchased these with my own money. I purchased these for an afternoon snack option and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked them! The taste is very similar to a Starbucks iced chai. I recommend having the shake chilled for a little bit and then pouring over ice. The flavor is great. If you are not used to having “fake sugar” you may not like the taste. shake is a great choice for cutting down on calories/sugar and keeps you full for a while with 15g of protein.

This was surprisingly delicious. One of my goals is to get more protein in but I am not in anyway a protein girlie, I can manage to mix the vanilla fair life shakes into coke, or mix a premier protein shake with iced coffee to hide the taste. So I was interested in the flavor, and anticipated having to mix it with coffee still (think dirty chai), but I was instead surprised to discover this one is delicious all on its own. I personally couldn't detect any lingering protein after taste or texture. And the price point makes it even better. Will definitely be buying more. If you're a chai latte fan, definitely give these a try!

I switched to Atkins from other brands because they were getting too expensive and not offering many interesting new flavors. This flavor is one of my favorites, though I do wish it was a bit "spicier" maybe with added ginger and/or cardamom. The only other thing I wish could change is the name-chai means tea so "chai tea latte" is a bit redundant. Anyways, I hope this flavor stays in the lineup.

Y’all! I absolutely LOVE these! So for $7 you can get 4 small shakes.. but at Starbucks you can get a grande Chi Tea Latte for the same price! So think about that!
