With Frozen Atlantic Salmon Fillets from Good & Gather™, it's easy to get a simple and delicious dinner prepped with minimal time and effort. This 16-ounce package contains individually wrapped fillets of farmed Atlantic salmon, so it's easy to serve just the portion you want whether you're dining solo or as a family. Great for baking or preparing in a skillet, these frozen salmon fillets come from salmon raised without antibiotics, and the reclosable package helps them maintain freshness in your freezer. Try baking these salmon fillets after topping with butter, salt, pepper and dill, or prepare in a skillet with a teriyaki sauce and enjoy over sushi rice.

Directions
Salmon needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave.
Thaw
Cold Water – Place sealed vacuum pouch in water for 30 minutes until completely thawed; then remove from pouch. If not using immediately, remove fish from pouch before storing in refrigerator.
Refrigerator – For food safety, remove fillets from all packaging. Place in a rimmed dish; refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.
Skillet
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.
2. Pat thawed fillet dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place skin-side down in skillet.
3. Cook 12 to 16 minutes, turning halfway through, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Brush thawed fillet with olive oil, season as desired and place, skin-side down, on baking pan.
3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Although you only get four slices of salmon and they appear small, they actually really fill you up and the taste is really good and they do not taste frozen so if you get them on sale for $12 that makes them three dollars per fillet, which is really not a bad deal for these!! Worst frozen salmon I have ever bought. This salmon comes in TINY individually wrapped pieces. One will not even feed my 5 year old! The worst part is that the fish taste funky. It is not good. Stay away!

I like that they are individually wrapped bec my problem cooking just for myself is how to defrost pieces that stick together so I end up cooking more than I can eat. With this, I can control my portions better. Just cooked a great terriyaki meal with this over rice and avocado.

way too small
Like other said the portion size is absurd! I was shocked when I opened the bag ad saw how small they are. I can pay less but a significantly larger portion at the grocery store and not being farm raised. I bought these because sometimes I want salmon on a whim but don't want to drive to the store. Hopefully I can find somewhere else that has better price and sizes. Made them like I always do in the oven: 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Sometimes put teriyaki glaze or dijon mustard sprinkled with panko. Tasted the same as others.
