About the Author
Jana Sedlackova is a children's book author who graduated from the School of Textile Design and Management in Liberec, Czech Republic. In her free time, she enjoys singing in choirs and decorating gingerbread during Christmas time. Her work is driven by the belief that everyone is searching for the perfect fairytale. She hails from Brno, Czech Republic.
Helena Harastova is a writer, translator, and mother. She graduated in dramaturgy from the Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts, having previously worked for the National Theatre in Brno, Czech Republic. Her most unusual pastime is proofreading texts for errors in spelling, grammar, and style.
Giulia Lombardo was born on a cold Christmas Eve in Florence, Italy, and from that day, she has struggled to have friends attend her birthday party, rather than their family dinners. She lives and works in her small studio surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and a chicken named Calimero. She graduated from the Nemo Academy of Digital Arts as an entertainment designer and has since worked as a children's book illustrator. She collaborates with several publishing houses around the world and loves the process of illustrating from first sketch to final project. In her spare time, she builds vintage chicken coops, produces homemade yogurt, and hikes.
