  • A: They charge wirelessly through the dock (the case). Once they're in the case, they start charging. You will have to eventually recharge the case though; it uses usb-c cables. So not 100% wireless 🙂

Audien Atom Pro2

The product I ordered was the Audien Atom Pro2, but unfortunately one of the hearing aids was defective and experienced a noise every time any sound came through it. The other hearing aid worked okay, but neither was comfortable in my ear canal, no matter what plastic cup fitting I tried. I worked at length with Catherine on the phone, a specialist, but I was not able to get the problems resolved. Catherine was great at trying to help me. I'm returning the product for a refund.

Liked the ease of operation

We bought this product as an interim hearing aid. It looks beautiful but it did not serve our needs. Our hearing loss is too severe and needs specialized attention.

Don't buy these if you want hearing aids that work

Bought these hearing aids two months ago and have had to send them back twice, quit working both times I received them. First time they returned the cheaper ones, had to wait for the ones I bought.
THEY ARE JUNK!!!!
