A: They charge wirelessly through the dock (the case). Once they're in the case, they start charging. You will have to eventually recharge the case though; it uses usb-c cables. So not 100% wireless 🙂
Charles did an excellent job of listening, and resolving my issues. I'm now looking forward to using the Audien Atom X hearing aids.

Great Atom Air
The Atom Air is just what I needed. It's smaller than the Atom X so it fits better and does not increase in volume if I touch it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Hearing well
For the price they are a good buy. It would be a little better if they could communicate with each other. They coul be made slightly smaller to be less noticeable in your ear canal. Follow up by the Audien personnel is great for advice on helping you get used to your hearing aids and what to do with any problems you might have.

Follow up on best ear dome
I was using the wrong ear dome, as they kept slipping out, I assumed the type of dome that was installed was what I was suppose to use, and no matter what size I tried they kept slipping out. I didn’t realize the other package of tips were also ear domes. I was ready to give up until I tried the other tips yesterday, 100% better fit!

Doesn't work well in group settings....
We like the product, but in a group my husband can not hear conversations. I need to repeat things to him, because he can not hear what is going on. I love the support that Audien provides in learning and using the device.

Seem to be pretty good for the money.
I purchased these aids a few days ago and happy with them so far. Mary was a big help in setting them up even though I have been using Otocon aids for 5 years. I didn’t go with them because of the expense.

Interview with Mary Monteron
Mary started the interview promptly, was courteous and professional. My call was to return hearing aids after a trial. She asked relevant questions and listened to my reasons for wanting to do the return. After agreeing that the return was appropriate she gave me advice on what my next steps should be, and assisted me in the process.

I just started wearing these and so far so good. Gannah Qbary helped me get the hearing aids set up and was fantastic! Patient, kind, and personable- it was a pleasure speaking with her! The clarity of the sound is much better than any other hearing aids that I've tried. It's important to have the meeting with Gannah so that the hearing aids are set up correctly. I was using mine incorrectly and it was leading to a muffled sound. Now they sound great!
