Reliable

The hearing aids have really been a benefit to my mother. She is 94 and has so much hearing loss. The price point is very good and the hearing aids are very durable. She really depends on them.

I am pleased with the improved hearing your product provided, but not pleased that because I can’t find my sales receipt I have to run around trying to get a new one for replacement of bad unit.

Hearing. aids k

The Hearing Aids were always static. He no matter whether I pushed them all the way in my ear. I tried the difference beeps my sister had the same problem. We barely move and it was a screech in your ear. So I think you guys need to work on them more.

They don't read messages before answering them.

It seems the people at this site don't bother to actually read messages before responding to them. I stated in two consecutive messages that my phone isn't working so I can't sign up for the 45-day trial by phone, and both times I got a reply telling me to call a number.
