Press and hold the volume button on the back of the device for about 3 seconds. 2. Listen for a lower-toned "boop" sound to indicate the mode has changed. 3. The number of boops tells you which mode you are currently in—just repeat the hold to cycle through them until you reach your preferred setting! When it comes to the actual device itself, our hearing aids are designed to be ultra-compact, lightweight, and discrete so they sit comfortably inside the ear canal for almost everyone. Since the main body of the hearing aid stays the same size, getting that perfect fit actually comes down to the ear tips (or "domes") that sit on the end of the device. Every pair of our hearing aids comes with a full accessory pack containing multiple sizes (small, medium, and large) and styles of silicone comfort domes. If it feels too loose or too small, switching to a larger dome will create a snugger, more secure fit. If it feels too big or tight, dropping down a size usually does the trick! Also, if an in-the-ear style completely won't fit, we do have an over-the-ear type that most of our customers who have issues with the fit find to be a perfect solution.
