My problem was handled seamlessly

I started with the Atom X and was so happy with it, I am now also using the Ion Pro 2. Both are so easy to use. Audien makes life so much simpler than the big, expensive hearing aids, not to mention the price and inconvenience of traveling to see a doctor. Support: I had a question and Rana went above and beyond to help. She listened and found the solution to my question. I was very pleased with the way it was handled.

Atom 2 exchange for Atom X

Hi I bought atom 2 and found it didn’t have blue tooth. So I’m exchanging them for atom x. My contact today was so friendly and helpful to get me the right ones. I really appreciate her taking the time and understanding my needs. So I can’t wait to get my new hearing aids and enjoy hearing without asking “say that again “, from everyone. Loosing your hearing is tough on you and others. So thank you again for your kindness.

I liked it but became too uncomfortable to wear mo

I had trouble adjusting to the hearing device. Too much noise and it would fall out of my ear.

High Expectations

Unfortunately, I am having difficulty with the hearing aids. Whenever I put them in my ears they whistle and I can't hear anything but the terrible whistling. I have talked to someone at Audien twice. They have tried to show me how to adjust them and how to insert them into my ears. At this point I am going to try another type of hearing aid.

Easy information to help with learning to use

First time user easy to use but had an issue with mode settings getting replacement.Also overall these hearing aids are rated #2 but got off to an unfortunate start.
