Excellent Design & Hearing Improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Ceretone Beacon myself and had an aging parent with hearing loss use it as well. Speech was easier for them to follow while using the device - it noticeably improved comprehension in both normal and quiet conversations. Sound amplification was clear and natural, without any noticeable distortion or harsh feedback. What stood out the most was how comfortable and unobtrusive they felt, making the Beacon a great low-profile option for regular & extended use. I also really liked the personalization option, where you take a hearing test in the app and it adjusts the settings based on the results. The battery life is impressive, and the charging case makes it easy to top off on the go. The Bluetooth pairing process was easy and volume control through the app was simple. Overall, it’s a straightforward, effective hearing aid that prioritizes usability and design.

Connectivity was very easy with my mom's IPhone. The design we chose is great. You can't even tell she is wearing them. They fit perfectly and don't fall out. The sound quality is great. Maintenance is easy and the instructions give you step by step. These seem very durable. My mom shakes a lot and drops items, but these have held up. Definitely 10/10

Comfortable and clear, but the app and controls ne
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Ceretone Beacon and, compared to an earlier Ceretone product I’ve used, this one is a big improvement in comfort and overall fit. I only need amplification for my left ear (hearing loss from a ruptured eardrum), and the Beacon was noticeably more comfortable than many other hearing aids I’ve tried. Pairing with my phone was easy, and I really like that it functions as a multi-purpose earbud. Being able to listen to music and take calls makes it feel much closer to a mainstream earbud experience than a traditional hearing device, which is a big plus, especially as an Android user. Where it falls down for me is usability. The app often throws an error when I open it, and the interface is pretty bare-bones and not very intuitive. Even though I’m fairly tech-savvy, I’m still not always sure what certain settings in the app actually mean, and it doesn’t do a great job guiding you. The on-device volume controls also feel confusing and inconsistent. The short-press volume adjustment is hard to interpret in the moment, and I never feel fully confident about whether I’m turning it up or down. The biggest issue is volume management across different uses. The hearing amplification is clear and helpful, but the volume level I want for music is very different from what I want for conversation. Switching between the two often means I have to open the app to adjust, and that’s when I run into repeated warnings (for example, a message about being at 60%) and errors that sometimes seem to block the change. I’ve even had to put the device back in the case and take it out again just to get it cooperating. Overall, I’m a bit torn. Comfort and sound clarity are strong, and I love the idea of an earbud-style hearing solution. But the app experience and control design make it more frustrating than it needs to be. If Ceretone improves the app reliability and makes the controls more intuitive, this could be a standout option. As it is, it works, but it doesn’t feel as seamless as regular earbuds.

Impressed with the sound and crispness, for minor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These rechargeable hearing aids have great sound quality to them. They're crisp and clear, feel comfortable while wearing and are easy to use with the app. The charging case makes it convenient to charge while sleeping. The app helps adjust the volume and settings to get the most benefit from them. There's several pieces included(see pic of box). For minor hearing loss, these work and sound great. If you have a greater loss, the package says to seek out a professional. If you're not wanting to shell out $$$$ and need a little extra help hearing, definitely give these a try.

It fits securely behind the ear and is almost unnoticeable, which I really appreciate for daily use. In terms of performance, the Beacon delivers clear and crisp sound. Voices are easy to distinguish, and background noise is managed well enough for casual and work settings. The battery life is impressive, lasting nearly a full day of activity before needing a recharge. One minor drawback is that it can take a little practice to adjust the volume and settings quickly, especially for first-time users. Also, in very noisy environments, the background noise suppression isn’t perfect, but that’s common with most devices in this category.

He dry too many different. types of hearing aids. bus is not very difficult to go for him to hear… when I give him these , he tried them and we’re great. Easy to use and set up.. my biggest worry he has whether he could wear a hat while using them.. as could cause sometime be difficult, the side is perfect, and he can wear a hat while using them.. the battery life .. is excellent.. end the carrying case buffet site to talk with him.. so easy control volume….pretty smart choice to make for convenience.. my father in law he say hear conversation clearly..and he feel so comfortable more when he spend time with family and friends..he love it

Good for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the charging case. That will come in handy for traveling. The connection tö phone tö play music is really good quality. The app ran smooth. The double dome earpieces were a little uncomfortable and I wish the behind the ear device had a better shape to fit. The quality of sound was okay, it was just brighter than what I like. For this being less than thousands of dollars, I’m sure it’s really valuable to those who are in a fixed income or who can’t afford to go to an audiologist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are in the shopping mood for some new hearing aides the Ceretone “Beacon” may be your choice. These come with multiple double flanged ear piece sizes included and a perfect-sized rechargeable case one can slip in their purse or truck console. They have a comfortable fit and the ability to stream music and phone calls with adjustable sound. There is a small brush for cleaning the earwax off of them making it quite easy for maintenance. The rechargeable feature is very reliable compared to other battery brand hearing aides and less trips to the stores for expensive batteries. Pretty smart choice to make for convenience.

Easy to use?

Perfect

She said it’s perfect and clear and has no static noises that would irritate her ear from hearing. Love them so far!

Easy to charge and compact carrying case make them convenient. They are also pretty discreet because of the thin wire. Setting are easy to apply and a breeze to control. Overall great product!

These do help you hear your TV well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were very easy to set up. I didn’t like that it made my own voice so loud. It did work very well for watching TV. Conversation was a bit difficult since I kept hearing myself so loud. I will keep on working with them. Stayed charged a long time. The retail price might have kept me from trying them. But I was grateful to be given the chance to try. I feel there is a learning curve.

Skeptically Optimistic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product, but to acclimate to your environment will be a challenge. The comfort of the over ear buds are good, and if you have a little hair on your head they are perfectly covered. Nobody will notice that you’re wearing hearing aids. The greater challenge comes with the implementation of making them work properly, and the integration with your computer, phone, and regular business systems. I have had significant difficulty with pairing this item with business systems, the integration is not working, I cannot access a website for troubleshooting, and I have no solution as I’m delivering this message. I’ve tested them for sound quality, and it is good. I don’t know how long they’ll last because I’ve only been using them since today. The rechargeable unit seems to be very well constructed. I’m relatively sure that reliability won’t be an issue moving forward.
