Ceretone OTC Hearing Aids - Style

These over-the-counter devices cost a fraction of what you’d pay for prescription hearing aids fitted by an audiologist, yet they still deliver impressive sound quality once properly in place. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to getting them situated correctly in your ears. If positioned wrong or adjusted while on, they can make a sharp screeching sound, which can be startling at first. However, after a little trial and error, I found a comfortable fit. Once settled, the improvement in hearing is remarkable — I could pick up on subtle sounds I hadn’t noticed in a long time. Overall, Ceretone hearing aids are a solid choice for anyone looking for an affordable way to boost hearing clarity, provided you’re patient enough to master the fit.

What did they say? I love that these hearing aids look like little AirPods and you don’t have to worry about people asking you whether you’re doing hearing issues. A great way to feel more comfortable.

This is my first experience with hearing aides. I just have subtle hearing loss and need a little boost like when I am watching tv. These hearing aides were comfortable after finding the right fit with the different tips provided. I like how they look like AirPods so they are super discreet. Sound is good. There are multiple settings and a volume control to find the right setting for your situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ceretone hearing aids are fairly easy to set up for use. They come with various size ear piece covers so you can find your fit. When first using them, I highly suggest using them in a quiet setting because they have a preset volume and it may be too loud at first. You fine tune them by listening for the beeps as you press the end of each ear bud. You may also change the variable of where and what you are trying to hear from Normal, Music, Outdoors and Restaurant settings. I have used Normal, Music and Outdoors and so far I get the best use from the music setting on low volume. The hearing aids will pick up every little sound if you leave the volume too high. I was surprised at just how much sound I was missing such as bird singing. They also come with a little accessory kit with a tiny brush for cleaning. I wore these to an indoor presentation with music and speeches with great results! The case is also a charger. You can charge the case and the aids together or just charge the case while wearing these aids then use the case to charge them later! In all, I’m very pleased with the Ceretone hearing aids I received and would rate them 4 out of 5 stars. They got 4 because the “slight” whistling sound they warn you may happen is very shrill and can be heard across the room.

There is multiple settings so you can adjust the volume according to your setting. These are great to carry if you need some audio aid on the go!

The sound quality is terrible! This is the worst hearing aid. I am definitely returning this item after 1 day of being used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I've gotten older,I've wondered if my hearing isn't as crisp as it used to be,or if my teenage daughter is really mumbling,so i tried these. These come packed with everything you need,as seen in the picture.They are ready to use aside from charging.They have convenient lights showing the charging status on the compact case they charge and store in.They come with a few different ear pieces to try and meet all ear sizes.I struggle with any type of ear buds being too big,and these actually fit perfectly without adjustment.I won't say they're overly comfortable, but then again I dont think any ear pieces are.They do pickup a lot of feedback from improper positioning or other devices around,and get a high pitched shrill sound that definitely takes some getting used to. They did amplify my own voice considerably,which was weird to hear, and definitely magnified the voices/noises around me. They look like ear buds, so no one would know they're hearing aids. They come in a convenient carrying case that hooks up to a usb cord for easy charging. They also come with extra sizes of eartips to find the best fit and a brush to help keep them clean. My favorite part about them is that they are discreet looking and have no cord, they look like regular earbuds. Overall I’m still getting used to them but they have helped provide clear hearing for me. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these hearing aids are discrete and just look like earbuds because as someone in my 40s, it's a little embarrassing to need hearing support. They were easy to set up and charged quickly and I was able to adjust the volume easily by pressing the button on the end of them. It is nice that they include several different sizes of tips so that you can get a comfortable fit in your ear. They are definitely effective in helping me hear better in multiple environments. I have mild hearing loss, just FYI. The charging dock is really nice as it does not take up much space and they fit in it very easily. I received an incentive to write this review.

The case is sleek and small like wireless earbuds, and they don’t look like a hearing aid, but are the real deal when it comes to amplification. These come with 4 different sizes of ear pieces to get a good, secure fit. But the best thing is these buds are magnetic so they stay together and won’t get lost when outside the ear or case.
