Q: Can you use only 1 hearing aide? I am deaf in one ear due to an injury.

A good experience!

James was extremely helpful, clear, and patient. He explained why it would be a good idea to add the Lifetime Protection plan, so I signed up for a year. My wife is pleased and happy with her Atom X hearing aids!

Sound not working properly.

I bought this about three weeks ago from my mother and at first it was doing all right and then The sound would go off even though it was fully charged so I made an appointment spoke to Arden and she helped a little bit but now it’s doing the same thing and she’s still having problems with the Hearing even though we did a hard reset so I don’t know what to do now I think there’s a defect in the sound part and I have to replace it or get a new one. That’s what Arden told me the specialist.

Good features/hard to fit in my ear

I like the levels of hearing choices such as TV, etc. The only problem I have is the ear buds fall out of my ears. I have tried all sizes. I do wish there was something that went over my ear.
